Welcome to the Nick DeMaio State Farm Agency in Perkasie! In December 2002, I established this agency in the charming town of Perkasie, and it has been a privilege to be a part of this community ever since. Together with my wife Alison, we have formed meaningful relationships with our neighbors, some of whom have become dear friends. Our daughter attended Pennridge High School and pursued her Nursing Degree at Cabrini and Jefferson universities.

I obtained my Financial training through the pursuit of a BS in Economics degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. During my time there, I also played football and made lifelong friends from around the world. I still find it fascinating that the Philadelphia Football team played at Franklin Field, where I also participated in my collegiate sport.

While my wife and I are now blessed with two incredible grandchildren in Philadelphia, our roots remain in Perkasie. We have built strong relationships in the Bucks County community over the years. We love exploring the restaurants of Philadelphia, where our daughter and son-in-law both have businesses in Center City. As a family-oriented individual, I understand the importance of protecting every aspect of your life. That's why I have built a team that I consider family, ensuring that we provide the same level of coverage and recommendations that we use for ourselves and our extended families.
